Help with Relay.

Start with the connection checks below. If you still need help, send only the details needed to investigate and keep message contents, access tokens, and pairing codes out of email.

Claude or ChatGPT will not connect

  1. Confirm the connector address is exactly https://sendrelays.com/mcp.
  2. Finish the Relay sign-in and choose Connect on the approval screen.
  3. Disconnect Relay in the AI product, then add it again to start a fresh authorization.
  4. For managed Claude or ChatGPT accounts, ask your workspace administrator whether custom connectors or plugins are allowed.

Relay cannot find or send something

Ask the AI to search your Relay contacts or list your channels before sending. If more than one person matches, choose the exact recipient. Hosted Claude and ChatGPT connections handle ordinary Relay messages; local files, Tasks, and control of coding sessions require the Companion.

Disconnect or remove data

Disconnect Relay from the connector settings in Claude or ChatGPT. You can remove individual items with Relay’s controls or permanently delete the account from Delete account.

Email privacy@sendrelays.com for account, privacy, or safety issues. Include the product you were using, the approximate time, and the exact error text. Do not include Relay message bodies, attachments, access tokens, or pairing codes.
